Meghan is passionate about decolonizing systems and narratives, inside and out. She brings an intersectional feminist lens in working with individuals, organizations, and programs to co-create more inclusive and impactful models of industry, leadership and culture.
Meghan is deeply committed to the empowerment of women and girls and elevates the importance of alliance building, storytelling, and feminist leadership to shift power.
Meghan is based in Asheville, NC, USA with her partner and two wildlings. You will find her wandering the woods or the bookshelf.
Marika Bairamyan (she/her)
Women’s Empowerment, Program Quality and Learning
Marika is a M&E professional with an abundance of experience working across international project teams to establish M&E systems, ensuring timely collection, analysis, and reporting of key data. She specializes in participatory planning, improved cooperation, and exchange of market relevant information among local governments, civil society organizations, and the private sector. Marika is passionate about women’s empowerment and enjoys focusing on sustainable rural development.
Marika is based in the Caucasus region in Tbilisi, Georgia.
