After working on several projects with Rooted Impact, it is clear that the team consistently values and prioritizes inclusive approaches, a learning mindset, and positive collaboration with its clients. During an evaluation of our activities in the Rohingya refugee camp, the RI team took extra measures to ensure the inclusion of people with different types of disabilities in order to better inform CBM’s ongoing humanitarian programming. We appreciated the conscious efforts made by Rooted Impact to amplify diverse voices and ensure lived experience is meaningfully informing our programming.
