Coaching Services
Our Founder, Meghan Corneal, provides feminist leadership, disability inclusion, and neuroaffirming coaching for people managers, senior leaders, and employees.
Her coaching approach brings an intersectional justice lens to educate and support people to cultivate change from the inside-out. She believes we have to move beyond conversations of “inclusion” to dismantle harmful practices and toxic work environments and co-design new cultures and ways of working that are affirming of people in all their diversities and center their well-being.

We love advocating and educating audiences on disability justice and neurodiversity, the intersection of disability and gender, and feminist leadership!
