After working on several projects with Rooted Impact, it is clear that the team consistently values and prioritizes inclusive approaches, a learning mindset, and positive collaboration with its clients. During an evaluation of our activities in the Rohingya refugee camp, the RI team took extra measures to ensure the inclusion of people with different types of disabilities. This helped RI and CBM collaboratively identify ongoing barriers to participation and put appropriate measures in place to address these barriers across CBM’s humanitarian programming. We appreciated the conscious efforts made by Rooted Impact to ensure diverse voices and lived experience are meaningfully informing and participating in our programming.
